L’ORÉAL Austria [Fellowships for Young Female Scientists in Basic Research]

Financed by  L’ORÉAL Österreich within the initiative “For Women in Science” and by the Federal Ministry for Science and Research within the initiative “Women in Research and Technology – fFORTE”

L’ORÉAL Austria is a fellowhip programme by L’ORÉAL Österreich in cooperation with the Austrian Commission for UNESCO and the Austrian Academy of Sciences

Target Group: young, excellent female scientists from medicine, mathematics, natural and life sciences

Eligibility Requirements:

• maximum age of 34 years (pre-doc) or 39 years (post-doc)
  
• max. 4 years after completion of Diplom/Master degree or doctorate
• Austrian citizenship or main place of residence in Austria
• research project to be carried out in Austria
• list of publications (peer-reviewed journals)

Amount of Funding:  20,000 euros before tax

Funding Duration: 8 – 12 months (pre-doc), 6-8 months (post-doc)
