Moritz Csáky Fellowship

The Moritz Csáky Scholarship was awarded to researchers (up to a maximum of 40 years old) from Eastern, East-Central, and Southeastern Europe (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia) who were conducting research in the humanities, cultural studies, or social sciences and intended to carry out a research stay in Austria.

The award was endowed by Moritz Csáky, a full member of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (ÖAW), and was awarded from 2005 to 2021.

During this period, nine researchers were honored.
